Process Description:
Please follow the steps below:
** Fill in the application form at any typing centre.
** Pay the fees at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.
** Submit the printed application along with the required documents at the Department of Citizenship and Personal Status.
** Receive the passport by Empost or immediately in case of submitting the urgent application.

Yes, you can change your profile information on SmartPass since your account on Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway is migrated to SmartPass. Login to SmartPass, click on (View Profile) and edit your data.
Do I have to pay any fees to register on the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway?
Everyone can register on the Gateway without paying any fees.
Do I have to register to use the chat tool?
The Chat tool can be used by both registered and unregistered users.
Do I have to sign out of My Abu Dhabi?
Your session on My Abu Dhabi will expire automatically after 20 minutes and you will have to sign in again. However, to ensure the security of your personal data, you should log out after each session, especially if you are using a public computer.
If you do not sign out but only close your internet browser, your session may still be available or cached if the browser is re-opened shortly after.
Do I need a specific web browser to access the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway and its e-Services?
Since the Gateway follows HTML standards, all pages are accessible with most of the modern web browsers. However, each computer and browser has different settings and displays fonts slightly differently.
