Requirements:
** Original Residency Visa Application form signed stamped by the guardian
** Original Sponsorship Transfer Application form signed by the guardian

** Copy of the previous residency
** Original Determination Of Inheritance Certificate from the court
** Copy of the original medical Fitness Certificate

** Original labor contract signed by both the sponsor and the sponsored and certified by the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners Affairs
** Copy of health insurance card or the original subscription certificate in case there is no card
** Original ownership of a farm in case the sponsored is a farmer
** Original cattle count card in case the sponsored is a shepherd
** Copy of Emirates ID card
** Empost sticker or fully paid urgent application
Application Process:
** Fill in the application form at any typing center
** The required documents should be submitted along with the application form to the Residency section
** Receive the residency permit by Empost

** AED 100 for the sponsorship transfer
** AED 100 extra fee for urgent application

Marriage Contracts within the Judicial Department Premises :
Requirements :
** Original and copy of ID of all parties
** Original and copy of family book for UAE nationals
** Original and copy of marriage medical examination report
** Original and copy of spouse data form
** Original and copy of the Authenticated power of attorney permitting delegation of powers, in case the principal is acting on behalf of another party
Application Process :
** Submit the application along with the required documents to the marriage officer.
** Sign the application by the fiancé, fiancée, the legal guardian and the two witnesses in front of the marriage officer and document the contract.
** Pay the fees at the finance counter in the Marriage Contracts Section.
** Receive the original marriage contract and a certified copy of it
