Resolving Family Disputes :
Requirements:
** Original and copy of ID of all involved parties
** Original and copy of birth certificate of children if any; or a document showing the names and birth dates of children

4. Request for Conciliation and Reform between Relatives :

** Original and copy of family book or children’s birth certificates
Application Process :
** Submit the application along with the required documents at Family Guidance Division and obtain a hearing appointment.
** Request opening the file.
** Meet with the family guide from the Family Guidance Division.
** Receive the ratification of the meeting and the agreement.
