Note:
** Owner must be physically present while applying the above procedure.
** Authorization letter must be submitted in case the owner authorizes a person to sign/apply on his behalf in his absence.
** In the country: an authority letter attested from:
** Any court in UAE.
** Out of county: an authority letter attested from:
** UAE embassy in the foreign country.
** Ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE.
** It’s possible to add more than one partner/owner in one procedure.
** Maximum 4 partners/owner in (Office, Warehouse, Land) license.
** Maximum 2 partners/owners in (E.O.C) License.
** Partnership fee might be changed depend on the capital of the company.
** Please note that the passport must be valid for more than 6 months.
** All the old copies of the partnership agreement must be submitted back to AFZA.
** Police report must be submitted in case losing any copy or the whole copies of the old partnership agreement.
** Please note that the establishment card must be modified in case changing the license legal status.

Are Free Zone Properties Awarded to Investors on the Basis of Purchase or Lease ?
All free zone properties are leased to investors on an annual basis that can be renewed yearly
Am I Authorized to Work and Establish Companies in Other Emirates Using the Ajman Free Zone License ?
Licenses issued by the free zone are valid for commercial operations inside the Ajman Free Zone and cannot be used to establish businesses in other Emirates, however, you can use it to sell goods to other Emirates through distributers

There is no specific port and you can use any of the UAE ports after obtaining a customs number
Is the Investor Required to Have a UAE Residency to be Eligible to Establish a Business ?
The investor is not required to have a UAE residency, and if the investor is a resident in the UAE, his/her residency will not necessarily be based on the business
Do Prices of Special Packages Include Electricity, Water And Sewage ?
Yes, electricity, water and sewage are included in prices of special packages only for smart and executive offices and such packages don’t cover warehouses and lands
