AFZ Employment Visa

** To give a visa to the someone who wishes to work in a company under AFZA sponsorship.

Required Documents

** Application form from the website
** Clear passport copy, which must be valid for at least 6 months.
** One recent color passport sizes photographs with white background.
** 1 copies of the employment contract with signature of the first party and stamp (company)
** License copy
** Establishment card copy,

Note:
** Seconded Personnel should work only for their employer inside the Free Zone. The Investing
** Company must insure that the Seconded Personnel do not take other employment offers either inside or outside Ajman Free Zone.
** Employment Visa Entry Permit has a validity of 60 days from the date of issue and is renewable.
** Owner or company PRO has o be present while applying for the employment visa.
** Please note that there will be two groups of inspection from both AFZA & Immigration in order to get the visa. – Please note that the location has to be open and ready (fully furnished) with the door sign hang in order to avoid any delay or rejection of the visa.
** The Dh. 2000 is taken as ticket guarantee for all nationalities, employees and even owners.
** The guarantee must be paid at the time of applying the above procedure.
** The fee of Dh. 450 must be paid by CASH or Credit card only ,yet the GUARANTEE can be paid by either CASH or CURRENT CHEQUE or Credit card.
** The owner can refund the guarantee paid only after canceling the visa or transferring it to another company inside or outside the free zone. Once you apply for the visa the profession must match with company activity
** Driving license copy and car registration card copy must be attached along with the documents while applying the above procedure in case the profession is a Driver.
