What is NSW Rentstart Bond Loan?
The NSW Government offers an interest-free loan to cover part or all of the rental bond for eligible clients. will not be paying more than 50 per cent of your household’s total gross weekly income in rent on the property you wish to lease. If you’re wanting to get into the private rental market, but finding it financially difficult to get started, you may be eligible to apply for a Rentstart Bond Loan. The loan, which can be up to 100% of your rental bond, is interest free.
