I am from Ethiopia. I am working in Statistics office. I am invited to attend a meeting on Statistical matters by COMESA. I have registered on line to get visa. The online registration requests payment online USD 50. I could not do this payment because in Ethiopia, we do not use credit card. Can I pay the USD 50 at the port of entry (Kaunda Airport).
