Charge will be applicable for this service for each SMS sent by the customer as per the customer’s tariff plan for SMS from Telecom Operators

You can avail this facility by submitting a simple registration form along with ID proof.
2. Who can avail this facility?
Any person, who is a savings/current Bank account holder of Indo Zambia Bank, with a mobile phone is eligible for this facility. To access Mobile Banking App, the GPRS/3G connectivity is required, for more details on GPRS/3G and charges, please contact your telecom provider.
3. Where can I use this?
This facility can be used for
** viewing account activities ,
** fund transfer within IZB
** fund transfer to Other Bank customer through DDACC/EFT,

4.Whether the services can be availed over any mobile?
Yes, This services can be availed over mobile phones of any make, operators (Airtel, MTN,Zamtel ).
5.What if I want to change my mobile phone device?
In case you want to use the IZB Bank Mobile Banking application on your new device, you will have to re-download the application on your new handset and continue banking on IZB Bank Mobile Banking.
6.What if I change my mobile number?
You can still access your account using IZB Mobile Banking on your phone. However, in case of a new handset you need to re-download IZB Mobile Banking application. For USSD (*232#), the changed number has to be registered with the Bank.

Your bank is trash
I've been trying to apply for mobile banking but to no avail my account is 1 year old. My account is at Chandwe MUSONDA branch. Kindly assist why it is failing.
