How do I Enroll for Malaiti 24/7?:
** You need to be a ZESCO Prepaid Customer.
** You need to own a mobile Phone with an activeAIRTEL SIM card.
** You needto enroll as a memberof the AIRTEL MONEY (BANKING) SYSTEM; Forms are provided for this purpose and you need to supply a photocopy of your ID (e.g. NRC or Passport) as per Bank of Zambia regulations; If you are already enrolled on the AIRTEL MONEY System (formerly also known as ZMP), you can skip steps (3) and (4)
** After completing the registration form, submit the form to any official AIRTEL retail outlet or AIRTEL MONEY SYSTEM dealer/ agent for processing; You will receive confirmation of successful registration within 24 to 48 hours; You will also be requested to change your secret PIN immediately from the default 1234 to any 4 digit pin of your choice specific to your AIRTEL MONEY account.
** Once you are enrolled onto the AIRTEL BANKING SYSTEM you need to top- up your electronic wallet associated to your AIRTEL MONEY and cell phone number declared in the form in step (3) above; You can currently top-up your account from any official AIRTEL retail outlet or AIRTEL MONEY SYSTEM dealer/ agent Currently top-up your account from any official AIRTEL retail outlet or AIRTEL MONEY SYSTEM dealer/agent.
