This facility provides a convenient and secure means of processing payments for the different transactions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Here are some reminders in using this portal:
Secure A Payment Assessment Form (PAF):
Fees to be paid through the eSPAYSEC are based on the PAF issued by the different departments of the SEC. You will be required to enter a valid PAF Reference Number before you can be allowed to post payment. We advise you to carefully check the details displayed on the screen against the details reflected in the issued PAF.

Fast Payment Confirmation:
A confirmation message as to the status of your payment transaction will be displayed. For successful payment transaction, you will be provided with electronic Official Receipt (eOR) which you may print and/or download as proof of your payment.

Keep Your Accounts Protected:
Keep your personal information private. Do not share your Log-in ID, Password and PIN on the selected payment channel. The Commission do not retain any information (i.e Debit/Credit Card Number, Account Number, and/or CVV) when using the eSPAYSEC.

Some Payment Channels Charge Transaction Fee:
A minimal transaction fee, as determined by our partner payment channel, will be added on your total amount.
