How to Register Probationary Valuer BIS Malaysia?
STEP 1: PROFILE REGISTRATION IN BIS
1) Go to our website, http//bis.lppeh.gov.my/LoginPage Click Register -> Individual
2) Fill in the details
NRIC No: XXXXXXXXXXXX
Name: Enter Name (As in NRIC)
Email: Current Email Address
Reason: Register for Probationary Valuer
Then click Submit
**Registration Activation email will send to your email. Please check in SPAM folder if the email is not visible in inbox.
3) When receive email from Board, click Login and follow the Username and Password given.
4) Log in with username and password
5) You need to complete all the detail before submit your profile to Board.

ii. Upload Photo
iii. Contact Address
iv. Employer Information
v. Academic Qualification
vi. Supporting Document
IMPORTANT NOTE: All document must be “Certified True Copy” with the company chop, name of principal, signature and Valuer number on every pages.
vii. Declaration
**Kindly be informed that you need to wait for the Board’s approval before proceed to register probationary estate agent in the system
STEP 2: REGISTRATION AS PROBATIONARY VALUER
1) Log in with username and password
2) Click License Registration -> Probationary Valuer
3) Click Employer -> Search Supervisor
4) Click Attachment
Status will be Awaiting Processing fee. Kindly proceed to make payment through system. (Follow Step 2)
Payment For Processing Fee
1) Click Payment -> **a popup blocker notification will appear -> Click OK
2) Tick at the small box, total payment will appear (RM100).
**follow step 2,3, and 4 to allow popup blocker -> Click Pay Online
3) Click Proceed Payment
4) Click Proceed
5) Method of Payment Online Banking
6) (i) Method of Payment – Credit Card – Key in all the details of your credit card -> Click Proceed
7) (ii) Method of Payment – Online Banking
Application Status will be Awaiting Printing (IN PROCESS)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Kindly be informed that you will still need to submit the hardcopy of all Supporting Document to the Board (either walk-in or by courier) after you made the Processing Fee.
Here are some of the requirements for registering as a Probationary Valuer in Malaysia:
** You must be a Malaysian citizen.
** You must have a bachelor’s degree in valuation or a related field.
** You must have passed the Malaysian Valuation Examination.
** You must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
The Probationary Valuer’s Certificate is valid for 2 years. During this time, you will need to complete a period of practical training under the supervision of a registered valuer. Once you have completed the practical training, you can apply for the Test of Professional Competence (TPC).
The TPC is a compulsory examination for all valuers in Malaysia. If you pass the TPC, you will be issued a Certificate of Professional Competence and will be able to practice as a registered valuer.
