Follow the below procedure to Change Company Address in Sri Lanka
Process Steps:
Step-1 : Hand over Company details and photos of all directors to the customs house agent
Step-2 : Uploading the Company details and photos of all directors to Sri Lanka Customs ASYCUDA system
Step-3 : Submit original documents with photocopies to Customs for the registration as an Importer or an Exporter

Changing your company’s registered address in Sri Lanka involves following these steps:
1. Get Board Approval:
** Hold a board meeting to discuss and approve the address change.
** Document this approval in a formal “Company Resolution”. This resolution should include the old address, new address, date of change, and signatures of authorized board members.
2. Prepare the Necessary Documents:
** Form 13: Download and complete this form obtained from the Department of Registrar of Companies (ROC). Ensure accurate details and signatures.
** Company Resolution: The original signed copy of the resolution mentioned above.
** Proof of New Address: This could be a copy of a lease agreement, utility bill, or confirmation letter from the local “Grama Niladhari” (village officer).
3. Submit to the ROC:
** You can submit the documents in person at the ROC office or electronically through their online portal.
** Pay the processing fee as per current regulations.
4. Processing and Approval:

** Processing time is usually around five working days.
** Upon approval, you’ll receive a confirmation certificate with the new registered address.

** If you’re changing the address within the same city/town, only Form 13 is required. For changes outside the local limits, both Form 13 and a board resolution are mandatory.
