Preliminary Steps:
Company Name Approval: Before applying for the FDIRC, you’ll need to get your proposed company name cleared by the Registrar of Companies. This can be done online through the Corporate Regulatory Authority of Bhutan’s website [CRA Bhutan website]. The approved name remains valid for 60 days, allowing you to submit the FDIRC application.
