What is RCSC Zhiyog Recruitment System?
Zhiyog Recruitment System (ZRS) is an online system that allows applicants to create a personal profile that can be updated regularly in order to submit applications for more than one advertised job posting. Moreover, this shall enable users to submit the application across the agencies. As part of our services, you are required to complete an online “Personal Profile” through which we collect basic candidate’s information to be stored with us. Personal information collected by this system shall be used for human resources and recruitment purposes only.

How To Access RCSC Zhiyog Recruitment System?
ZRS can be accessed via following link: www.zrs.rcsc.gov.bt or you can scan QR code. Firstly, scan a QR code for the particular vacancy or click on the “Apply” button to apply for the particular vacancy. Then register via DITT’s SSO and fill up and upload the required documents or complete your basic personal information and details. Then, accept the declarations and submit your application for the particular vacancy.

Q. Why do I need to register?
A. It is required that all applicants must first register in the Zhiyog Recruitment System. After your registration is complete, a personal account is created so that you may complete your personal information and apply to advertised job postings. This is one time registration and apply to the multiple posts announced by the agencies.
Q. When registering, what should I use as my username?
A. It is suggested that you should use a valid CID number (DITT’s SSO) and valid e-mail address to get related notifications.
Q. What password format is accepted?
A. Password format shall be same requirements of DITT’s SSO
Q. How can I change my password?
A. Select the ‘Change Password’ option from the ‘Personal Information’ link after you have logged in to the system. Click on the ‘Forgot User Name or Password?’ link and follow the instructions to retrieve your forgotten password.
Q. Do I have to complete all of the information in each of the sections?
A. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required information and you must complete. To apply, you must set all the information in each sections as per the job postings requirement.
Q. Do I need to complete all of the information in one session?
A. You can maintain and update your profile anytime and enter the save button. While applying to the posts, all the available documents in your profiles are auto submitted to that particular posts. Otherwise, the system prompts you to upload all the required documents for the posts.
Q. What should I do if my relevant information is not included in one of the drop-down options?
A. You will be required to choose from the available drop-down options. Please choose the option that is the closest to your personal information, skills and experience.
Q. Do I have to upload pdf format files only?
A. Yes, you are required to upload pdf files only. Note: For instance, if you change the extension of file A.JFIF to A.pdf, the document content is not changed to pdf and the system does not recognise your uploaded files.
Q. Can I see the uploaded document in the recruitment system?
A. Yes, you can see the uploaded documents or you can download the document.
