1. How long will it take to deliver my domestic shipment?
Shipments within Canada are delivered in 2 -10 business days, depending on postage, drop-off point and destination.

** UniUni – 2-8 business days
** ICS Express – 2-3 business days
** ICS Ground – 6-10 business days
** Canada Post Expedited – 2-8 business days
** Canada Post ZoneSkip – 6-10 business days

Fleetoptics:
** FleetOptics Express (formerly FleetOptics Air) – 2 to 3 business days
** FleetOptics Ground (Ontario) – 4 to 7 business days

2. My package is lost, what do I need to do?
We can request a trace from the carrier on your behalf. If possible, please provide us with the Shipment ID, tracking number, and recipient contact information, and we will proceed with the investigation request. We strongly recommend having Stallion Protection on your shipments if the package is deemed lost or damaged in-transit.

3. What is a generic label?
Generic labels are no-cost address-only labels that can be printed to aid in the fulfillment of orders.

4. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes! Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post ZoneSkip labels are serviced by Canada Post as the final mile carrier. This allows for delivery to PO boxes.

5. How can I get my US Returns?
We need your importer number from the CRA before we can bring the items back to Canada. Once the package reaches our New York facility, you can request it be returned to Canada from your Stallion Express account.

6. Are Returns available for all shipments?
Returns are only available for the following:
** Domestic shipments
** USPS – USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express
** Third-Party US Postage (If shipped through us initially)

Note:
We don’t offer a Return service for USPS Economy, APC and PostNL shipments. Returned shipments are set to be disposed of by the carrier.

7. Do you provide return labels for US returns?
Shipments with postage bought from the website will automatically have our return address. Once the package is received in our US facility, you can request its return from your Return portal. For clients with non-Stallion Express postage, you can self-manage your U.S. returns by using your own return address.

8. What are the Return Fees?
Canadian Domestic Shipments:
** Fees vary for domestic returns depending on the return label charged by Canada Post and other carriers.
** Item Disposal After 30 Days: Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 30 days at no extra cost to you.

US Shipments:
** $4.99 plus tax per return from US to Canada.
** Item Disposal After 30 Days: Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 30 days at no extra cost to you.

9. Can I request an image of my return?
You can request an image of your return in order to help identify what and where the return came from. The image of the return will include a picture of the label. If you need to see the contents of the box, please contact our customer service team so we can make that arrangement.
