What is the shipping number?
The shipping number is a multi-digit number (which may also contain letters) assigned to your shipment when you book one of our DHL, UPS, DPD, TNT or USPS services. To track your shipment, you can enter either the service provider’s shipping number or your DE reference number from Transglobal.

Where can I find my shipping number?
You can find the shipping number in your customer account under “Orders”. You’ll also see it on the labels which we email to you after booking.

Where can I find the shipping number for my DPD shipment?
When shipping with DPD, the driver will provide you with the labels, including the shipping number, upon collection

What is the DE reference number?
Your DE reference number is the number which we have assigned to your order. To track your shipment, you can enter above either the DE reference or the service provider’s shipping number.

Where can I find my DE reference number?
You will receive the DE reference number for your order after payment has been completed. It will be displayed on your screen. We’ll then email the DE reference number to you and you can also view it in your customer account under “Orders”.

Why do I receive two shipping numbers with TG-Flex?
For our TG Flex service, you will receive two shipping numbers. One of them refers to the initial shipment to our depot in the UK. The other one refers to its progress from there to its final destination. You will receive the second shipping number as soon as your shipment has left our UK depot. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Transglobal Express Refund Policy

1. A full refund will be issued for orders that are cancelled prior to collection. To cancel your order, please call us on 069 9050 6780, Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.

2. Refunds are not issued for failed collections. If your parcel is not collected during the pre-requested time, please contact us to rearrange a collection.

3. Transit times are not guaranteed and therefore refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments. A money-back guarantee may be offered by the carrier in cases of negligence but this is wholly at the carrier’s discretion.

4. In rare events of parcel loss or damage, up to 100% of your carriage costs will be refunded, provided your claim is accepted by the carrier.

5. You can take out additional cover for your parcel’s contents at the time of booking. Please visit our Enhanced Transit Liability page for more information. Insurance cover is non-refundable once the shipment has been collected or dropped off.

6. If your parcel is returned without it having left Germany due to insufficient packaging, incorrect documentation or prohibited items found in your consignment, you will be liable for the German carriage costs and will be issued with a partial refund for the overseas carriage costs.
