How To Transfer Paris Olympic Tickets?
All Tickets are nominative, that is, made out in a person’s name. Any Purchaser may, if necessary and according to the conditions provided for this purpose by Paris 2024, transfer any Ticket to another person. This transfer will take place exclusively through the Paris 2024 Official Ticketing Website and/or the Ticketing App.

Paris 2024 nevertheless reserves the exclusive right, in the event of such a transfer, to limit the number of transfers and/or to refuse such a transfer where suspicion of fraud or illicit resale exists, or for security reasons. Only Tickets purchased on the Paris 2024 Official Website and/or on the Resale Platform, excluding Tickets purchased from the Paris 2024 Official Hospitality Provider, may be transferred on the Paris 2024 Official Ticket Website and/or the Ticketing App.
Steps:
As the purchaser, you are the default recipient of the ticket. However, you can transfer it to another recipient directly via the “Paris 2024 Tickets” application by following the steps below:
1. On the application, select the ticket and click on “transfer”.
2. Then click on “continue”, taking note of the information displayed on the screen.
3. Click on “transfer” and select the delivery method (email, social networks, etc.) and the contact to whom you wish to transfer the ticket.
4. Share the Claim link with the recipient.
5. Your ticket is being transferred: once the ticket has been accepted by the recipient, you will be informed.
Note:
** Please note that before transferring the ticket, you can change the first name and surname of the recipient. However, we strongly recommend that you transfer the ticket to its recipient as soon as possible.
** To receive all the necessary information for your session and to ease your entry to the competition venues, it is necessary to transfer your tickets to your family and friends at least 48 hours before the session.
** If you are attending the Games with your family, you can keep your children’s tickets on your smartphone, and if the people accompanying you do not have a smartphone, you can also keep their tickets.
** The functionality for transferring a ticket differs depending on the origin of your ticket. If the functionality is not available to you and you can no longer attend your session, you can hand back the ticket to the entity that issued it to you by clicking on “Hand back my ticket”.
Paris Olympic Tickets Cancellation
** Any Ticket obtained, offered, transferred or presented for resale, or used in violation of the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, notably Article 10, will be cancelled without reimbursement and all rights conferred to the Ticket Holder shall become null and void.
** Paris 2024 reserves the right to cancel all Tickets purchased by a Purchaser, regardless of the name of the Ticket Holder, where all such Tickets shall automatically become null and void.
** Paris 2024 will cancel any and all Tickets purchased fraudulently with regards to the payment method used, whether said fraudulent payment method was used by the Purchaser or the Ticket Holder.
Terms & Conditions On Paris Olympic Tickets Payments
** Ticket prices will be set by Paris 2024 in euros and include VAT and any other applicable tax with the exception of any added costs. For any Purchaser located outside of the Euro zone, any currency conversion costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.
** Several payment methods are accepted to accommodate the Purchaser’s needs on the Paris 2024 Official Ticket Website, including Visa credit cards – the official way to pay – and most other credit cards. Pack prices are global fixed prices.
** Prior to purchasing any Tickets and/or Packs, Paris 2024 recommends that the Purchaser carefully read all information relating to the selected Tickets and/or Packs.
** Paris 2024 will, prior to completion of the purchase, remind the Purchaser of the essential features and prices of the Tickets and/or Packs being purchased in legible and comprehensible terms, in accordance with Article L. 221-14 of the French Consumer Code.
** If the purchase process has not been finalized by the Purchaser by the end of the Timeslot provided, and/or the payment is refused, the concerned purchase will be cancelled and the order of Ticket(s) and/or Pack(s) will not be taken into account.
** Paris 2024 will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for such a cancellation. It is the Purchasers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of an accepted payment method as specified on the Paris 2024 Official Ticket Website and have sufficient funds for the purchase.
** Paris 2024 reserves the right to change the Tickets and/or Packs prices at any time, with the understanding that invoices will be based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
