Requirements For Carrying Out The Procedure
A. Certificate of address where the address to be declared on the ID:
** To be issued, he must be over 18 years of age and present himself personally with National Identity Document (DNI)
B. Certificate of address where the home is NOT registered in the ID:
For issue, it must be over 18 years of age and present themselves with:
** With National Identity Document (DNI)
** Property location contract in the name of the person applying for the certificate with the address to testify, or
** Tax or service ballot on behalf of the person applying for the certificate with the address to testify; or
** Driver’s license, or
** Presenting himself with two witnesses, over 18 years of age, with ID.
C. Certificate of domicile for minors:
In order to issue, the person responsible for leagar, guardian or manager must be presented personally.
For the certificates where the ID of the legal representative, guardian or manager coincides with that of the minor, must be presented with the National Identity Document (NIS) of the applicant and the minor
For the Certificates where the address of the ID of the legal representative, guardian or manager with that of the minor does not coincide, he must present himself with:
** National Identity Document (DNI) of the applicant and the minor
** Property location contract in the name of the applicant with the address to testify; or
** Tax or service ballot on behalf of the applicant with the address to testify; or
** Licence of driving with the home to testify, or
** Two witnesses, over 18 years old, with ID.
