How To Party Representatives Register at FinanzOnline?
The entry into FinanzOnline requires a one-time registration. This registration is made either in person or in writing, sole traders/individual traders can also register online. If the password has been forgotten or after three miscelling cases have been blocked, a new start supervisor can be requested by resetting.
Registration:
As a sole trader, you can register as a trustee, lawyer and notary online, in writing or in person at any tax office for FinanzOnline. If the legal form is a ‘person company’ or ‘legal person’, the registration can only be carried out in person at any tax office.
When registering at the tax office, the respective sole trader must be registered under the respective sole trader or the corporate representative department (e.g. Board of Directors, managing directors) submit the following documents in the course of the personal advance:
** Completely filled out form ‘ FON 1 ‘
** Proof of company law authority (e.g. Company register extract, articles of association, statutes)
** Official photo ID (dirt, passport, identity card or disabled passport)
Both the sole trader and the corporate representation may be represented by an authorised representative/authorized representative if there is a certified specialist authority.
After successful registration, you will receive the following three access identifies:
** Participant identification (TID)
** User identification (BENID)
