Online Application:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://ta.gov.bb/Permits/Transfer/
Step-2 : Click on the button “Get Started’ under “Create New Application”
Step-3 : Fill the Online Application Form and
Step-4 : Submit Form
Instructions To Applicants:
** This section should be completed by the Transferee.
** All permits remain the property of the Transport Authority and may be suspended or revoked by the Transport Authority.
** Permits are governed by the Transport Authority Act CAP. 295(A), the Road Traffic Act CAP. 295 and the Road Traffic Regulations 1984 CAP. 295(I) as amended.
** Permits must not be sold or leased.
** Permits may not be transferred without the written approval of the Transport Authority.

Documents Required For Transferring A Public Service Vehicle Permit
All Applicants:
1. Completed Transport Authority original TA1 & TA2 application forms
Individuals, Partnerships, Registered Business Names:
1. A recent notarized passport sized photograph of the applicant
2. The applicant’s National Registration Card
3. A Certificate of Character from the Commissioner of Police dated no more than 6 months prior to the date of the application
4. A certified copy of the Partnership/Registered Business Name’s Registration Certificate, inclusive of the Business Application Form
Limited Liability Companies:
1. A certified copy of the company’s Certificate of Incorporation and Notice of Articles
2. A certified copy of the company’s List of Directors
3. A certified copy of the company’s By-Laws
Charitable Organizations:
1. A certified copy of the list of Trustees, Executive or Board members
2. A copy of the Organization’s Rules, Constitution or By-Laws
Note:
Only correctly completed applications with the appropriate documentation attached will be processed. The submission of any fraudulent documents will disqualify the application AND the applicant from further consideration for a permit and the applicant will be subject to the full extent of the law.
