What is MOFE One Common Portal?

OCP stands for One Common Portal. This system is an initiative by MOFE to provide the business community with a single platform to manage their business obligations online – from business registration and company incorporation to managing their business such as updating business details and filing corporate tax.

How To Access MOFE One Common Portal?

By using this portal, you will be able to register and maintain your business entity(ies) under the Registry of Companies and Business Names and manage your tax obligations that were previously under the System for Tax Administration and Revenue Services (STARS) with ease. If you are new to the One Common Portal (OCP) and would like to access the services available please create an account. If you already have an OCP account, simply login.

Steps:
Step-1 : On the OCP Homepage, click on “Login”, located on the top right corner of the page.
Step-2 : Click on “Create Account”, located on the top right corner of the page.
Step-3 : “User Registration” will be displayed, fill in your details and click “Submit”.
Step-4 : An email notification will be sent to you with a verification code.
Step-5 : Use the verification code to activate your OCP account.

Note:
** All registered companies and business names under the previous systems listed below are required to create a new account under OCP.
** eRegistry (with prefix RCxxxxxx / RFCxxxxxx or Pxxxxxx) and/or
** roc.gov.bn (with prefix RC2000xxxx or P2000xxxx)
** Company’s tax history and other information can also be viewed here in OCP.

Do I need to be a registered user to use OCP eServices?
Yes, you need to be a registered user to access OCP Services. For further guidance, please refer to Resources & Guides > Getting Started in the OCP website.

Can I access the One Common Portal using my phone?
Yes, the One Common Portal can be accessed via your phone.

I was trying to access STARS website and was directed here. Why?
STARS Services have now been transitioned over to the One Common Portal. Any attempt to access the previous STARS System will now be redirected to the One Common Portal (OCP) instead.
