EMS:
EMS is designed to give the customer a fast, efficient and reliable yet fully documented service. EMS is either local or international and can be purchased from any District Post Office Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; from the General Post Office between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To order envelopes and labels and to have them delivered please call (246)-427-5772 or (246)-431-9527.

How EMS Operates:
The orange and blue striped marking is internationally recognised and is therefore given preference by airline and postal administrations. The closing times for EMS items can be obtained by calling (246)-427-5772 or (246)-431-9527. Please remember to inquire at District Post Offices for their collection times.
International:
This service is widely used for the Caribbean and the U.S.A.
Pick-Up-Service:
This service is limited to corporate businesses and government departments. Simply call the General Post Office at 427-5772 or 431-9527 to arrange a pickup.
Maximum Weight:
10-20 kgs. depending on the destination of the item.
Track And Trace:
This is done via the Internet using TulIPS to monitor the movement of your mail.
Delivery Times:
Caribbean 2-3 days; USA and Canada 4-5 days; Europe 6-7 days; and All Other Destinations 7-8 days. Please be advised that some items are transited and hence this will affect the delivery times by at least a day.
Liabilities/Compensation:
Limited liability of $72.11 is available for loss or damage per item unless insurance is purchased at the time of posting. Customers are only awarded the sum after a through investigation is completed.
Guidelines:
Express Mail does not transport cash (contact us about Money Orders), dangerous goods, hazardous materials or any articles restricted by the country of destination.
All shipments must include the complete address, zip code if any and the phone number.
Delivery is also available to Post Office Boxes.
To avoid any inconvenience, all items to be sent for repairs or replacement should be declared to the Postal Clerk before being sent abroad.
All non-documents (Dutiable items) must be accompanied by a Commercial Invoice. These items are liable to customs clearance on arrival at the country of destination. This may also affect the transit time of the item.
