What Is Uganda Employee/Supplier eRegistration Portal?

Uganda Employee/Supplier eRegistration portal helps you to submit your Payment details to Your respective Ministry/Agency/Local Government for approval and to Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development for set up on IFMS. This portal also helps you track the status of your application, allows you to ammend your existing payment details on IFMS.

How To Do Employee/Supplier eRegistration?

If you are an Employee or Supplier Please Click on the employee/Supplier Drop Down Menu and select your reason for application. If you are a Ministry/Agency/Local Government Officer Please Login to perform your actions on applications.

Go to the official website for supplier registration page,click on “access the Employee/Supplier eRegistration system ” link.

Click on the “New Registration” link then enter the following details.


1. Select your Party Type [Employee]
2. Enter Your TIN number [2598637]
3. Select yes/No [Have you ever been set up on IFMS to receive payments?]
4. Click on Search button.

Registration Amendment

Go to the official website for supplier registration page,click on “access the Employee/Supplier eRegistration system ” link.
Click on “Registration Amendment” link then enter the following details


1. Please Enter Your TIN Number as it appears on your Tax Identification Certificate
2. Click on “Search button”

How To Search Employee/Supplier eRegistration Application Status?

Go to the official website for supplier registration page,click on “access the Employee/Supplier eRegistration system ” link.
Click on “Application Status” link then enter the following details


1. Please Enter your Tax Identification Number (TIN) to view the progress of your applications
2. Click on Search button to get your status.

** Facilitate and monitor the collection of non-tax revenue in accordance with the Annual Budgetary Estimates.

** Maintain an accurate and up to ate inventory of the public debt of Uganda.
** Ensure and plan for appropriate staffing levels of accounts staff in the Public Service and their acquisition of professional skills in the short, medium and long term.
** Disburse funds to government ministries and agencies.

Internal Audit Department :
Roles and Objectives :
** Review, appraise and report on extent to which government assets and interests are accounted for and safeguarded in the operations of the spending agencies and identify weaknesses and make suggestions for their elimination.

** Review, appraise and report on soundness, adequacy and application of internal controls to realize value for money.
** Undertake special investigation on Financial and Operational anomalies of spending agencies.
