How To Do GZU Student Online Registration?

You can now register online using the GZU Student Portal. This page will provide you with the necessary information to successfully complete your online Registration.

Fees Payment

You have to pay at least 75% of your fees for the semester. This payment will automatically reflect in the University System. Payments should be made into either of the University accounts at:

Log to Student Portal

The student Online Registration is available on the student portal. You will need your Registration Number and a password in order to be able to log on to your account on the student portal.

For returning students you only need to log on to your account. New students will have to create an account first by following the instructions on the Online Registration platform on the Student Portal.

Register

Once logged, you will be able to view the modules which you are taking that current semester and then register them by following the instructions on the Online Registration platform.

Accommodation

Accommodation is offered to students who would have paid full fees and completed registration.

Student Residents Details

All Returning Students :
The Division of Student Affairs wishes to inform all returning students that limited accommodation shall be available at ZIMDEF, Mucheke campus and New Garden Flats. Booking shall be done online starting 10 July, 2017 upon payment of full tuition fees (100%) City campuses residence and 75% for Mashava Campus residence.

To book online, follow the procedure below :
** Open your student portal
** Complete semester residential details (click campus if you want campus residence and give your correct residential address if staying off-campus).

** Click the student welfare option to select the preferred residence and room.
** Pending status will show. Confirmation will be done within 48 hours after depositing the accommodation fees.

You may proceed to the Bank (CBZ –Account No: 02520620340038, Residence fees code: 103 or ZB –Account No: 4407-413851-200, Residence fees Code: 103) to pay accommodation fees as follows: $220 for a single room (Mashava Campus only) and $200 for a shared room for Mashava and Mucheke Campuses and $250 for ZIMDEF.

Accommodation fees should not be deposited in the tuition account. Complete a separate deposit slip for accommodation and tick carefully the appropriate box with the accommodation code.

Students interested in taking up Boarding Houses accommodation should contact the landlords and make their payment arrangements before the semester begins.

NB : Accommodation booking for Part 1.1 students (new) is done at the Main Campus, Student Affairs Office. Please contact Student Affairs on 039-252158 or Accommodation Officer on 0772245348/0775380944/0775645006.

Block Release Students :
The Division of Student Affairs wishes to inform all block release students that accommodation for 2017 sessions shall be available at ZIMDEF, Mucheke Campus, New Mucheke Garden Flats and Mashava Campus. Accommodation shall be given upon payment of tuition fees and production of a GZU bursary receipt or bank receipt with a correct residence fees code.
