1. Always take note of your Booking code and your ID number (refer to the payment webpage for details). You may not pick up your ticket if the completed ticket type information is incorrect. The online payment system is not available for tickets for cruise trains.

2. Payment methods:
(1) For each Booking code, all or some selected tickets may be paid for via online payment. Any remaining seats will not be reserved.
(2) To buy a round-trip ticket, click the Round-Trip Ticket option in the payment website and enter your Booking code to make a payment after ordering your outbound and Return bround tickets. If you cannot book all of your round-trip tickets at once, you can make the payment for one-way tickets instead (the departure and destination stations for the outbound and Return bround trips should be the same, round-trip ticket by section way is not acceptable. ), and at the station exchange them for round-trip tickets 1 hour before the train departs, upon presentation of the same credit used for the initial purchase. 3. How to pick up your ticket and the deadline:
Take your ID card (or passport or residence permit if you are overseas Chinese or foreigner) at the “Ticket Counters” ?post office and convenience store (7-ELEVEN? Hi-Life? Family Mart? OK Mart) 30 minutes before taking the train.

4. How to cancel online credit card payment and the deadline:
(1) Cancellation may be done up to 30 minutes before your train departs. However, if you are scheduled to leave on a train next day between 00:00~08:00, you must go the payment website to “cancel your credit card payment” before 23:00 on the day before departure.
(2) A handling fee will be charged for each ticket that is cancelled.

5. Tickets not picked up after payment:
Purchased tickets are kept in a database and cannot be resold. Whether you pick up your ticket or not, ticket payment will be collected if you do not cancel payment before the deadline.

6. National Travel Card:
For civil servants who want to apply for the “Compulsory Vacation Subsidies,” check the “National Travel Card” option on this payment webpage and select a “Tourist Destination.”

7. Book your tickets first even if the system is busy and make the payment later. You do not have to perform all steps at once.

8. The “VISA & MasterCard” card from each bank can be used on the system that uses the latest “VISA & MasterCard” security mechanism.
