  • I know my obligation and so much willing to pay for what is due, but how will I do that if I don't have any bills? I'm from Davao City. I tried calling 9959999 but I cant understand how much and where those amount came from. If you can't send the bill, I have the number and you can send it through that. Am I right? I don't want to pay for any surcharge or interest without you sending the right amount to be paid and its due date. Yesterday I paid only 1,200,and that's the date I knew is my due date. Now when I called 9959999, It's on the 5th day. Please, kindly give me the exact amount i.e my statement of account and it's due date ASAP. Again, I won't pay for any surcharge or interest because I know it's your obligation to send us bills before the due date.

  • I have received an email and a text regarding non-payment of my Citibank Cash Back Credit Card ending in 0062 today. I would like very much to pay. However, I have not received any statement (hard copy) which is usually being delivered to our home in Pandacan, Manila. Your messenger might have missed our place because it is under construction due to repair of the drainage system. Please send the statement ASAP so that I can verify the details and eventually pay for it through our ATM in the office.
