Please Note:
1. Smart NICOP would be replacing existing CNICs and NICOPs gradually.
2. All applications for Smart NICOP would be applied in NEW category.

3. It is mandatory to return the original CNIC and NICOP when applying for Smart NICOP.
4. Do not forget to bring original documents along with photocopies, as required.
5. Father and mother MUST be married in their CNICs when applying for their children.
6. In case either of parents is unmarried in their CNIC, child’s application would be REJECTED.
7. Read the Instructions and follow the procedure.
Fee can be paid at the Habib Bank Counter either by Cash, debit card or credit card.

Requirements
1) Please make your travel plans after receiving the NICOP. Any discrepancy in previous NADRA record or due to incomplete NICOP application or change in marital status can delay issuance of NICOP for months.
2) It is applicant’s responsiblity to keep tracking of NICOP application on website

4) Read INSTRUCTIONS for Smart NICOP before coming to the Consulate, carefully and write down the documents that you are attaching.
5) These INSTRUCTIONS are in general. You may be asked to submit more documents if the documents that you have attached are insufficient to process your application. Your application would be held up till you have provided the required documents.
6) Your application would be scrutinized at NADRA HQs and would be processed after approval.
7) Manual ID Cards, having 11 digits, would not be accepted as basis to apply for NICOP. However, it would be accepted as reference document only.
8) Your application is likely to be rejected if:
a) any false information is detected in your application
b) You have TWO citizen numbers issued on your name
c) You are System Independent, i.e. you do not have any family members who have 13 digit NADRA’s Card

How much is the amount required to apply for NICOP?
What is the procedure to apply nicop for children under 13 years old with the mother and how much will it cost (mother + 03 children) and what are the documents required? Please inform us.
I have applied for my SNICOP ID Card on August 10,2015 I have not received my card so far.
