Tourist Visa requirements:
According To The New Visa Regulation Procedure Entered Into The Force September 10, 2011 Short-term visa (VC), non- petition based of visas, which will allow stay in Ukraine for less than 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry to Ukraine.

This visa will be issued as a one-entry, two-entries and multiple-entries valid for the period of up to 1 years.
The foreigners and the stateless persons for Ukrainian visa have to present the following number of documents personally or through an authorized person:
1) completed and signed application form;
2) a valid passport;
3) two foto’s size 3 x 4;
4) proof of payment of visa fees,;
5) Tourist voucher
6) a valid medical insurance policy;
Important:
Tourist purpose of the visit to Ukraine should be confirmed by one of the such documents:
A contract for tourist service or a contract for providing excursion, a contract for providing hotel service or a hard copy of tourist voucher of each applicant. For Kuwaiti nationality Tourist voucher or contract for providing hotel service can be arranging by Ukrainian relevant tourist agency. During entering in Ukraine a hard copy of tourist voucher or documents with conformation hotel reservation, have to be presented together with the passport and tourist visa to Ukrainian Border Protection Officer.
The residents of Kuwait from the countries which belongs to the list of immigration risk who is the first time traveling to Europe should present a private invitation.
Student’s visa requirements:
The foreigners and the stateless persons for Ukrainian visa have to present the following number of documents personally or through an authorized person
1) completed and signed application form;
2) a valid passport;
3) two foto’s size 3 x 4;
4) proof of payment of visa fees,;
6) a valid medical insurance policy;
The students with the abovementioned requirements for visa have to present for legalization the following package of documents:
** copy of education certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait;
** copy of birth certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait;
** HIV certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait;
** Ministry of Health certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait;
Additionally:
** Travel insurance Policy;
** The flight ticket valid for one year with open date.
