NECO NCEE Registration
The National Common Entrance Examination for admission into Junior Secondary School (JSS 1) of Federal Government Unity Colleges will be held throughout the country and other interested foreign countries.

NCEE
This examination is administered to pupils in their 6th year of basic education. The purpose of this examination is to select the best candidates from every state of the federation and the federal Capital territory (FCT) for admission into federal Unity colleges.
These Colleges are essentially, Secondary schools owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Their objective is to foster unity amongst the children of NIGERIA.
Two are held annually. Result of the first examination determines candidates that qualify for a second examination based on cut-off marks for each state.
The result of the second examination qualifies candidates for admission based on merit, equal state quota and environment considerations. Only Final year pupils of Primary Schools are eligible for the exams.
Registration for National Common Entrance Examination is now on-going. The examination registration cards are now available at NECO offices.
How to Check Result?
Candidates who sat for NECO examination are to check their results at the state Ministries of Education and National Examinations Council state offices nationwide as well as the Federal Ministry of Education website.
Candidates who qualify for the second interview test which holds on June 6, 2015 are to purchase a scratch card of N2,000 from NECO state offices or principals of all federal unity colleges and register for the test on the same Federal Ministry of Education’s website immediately.
About Us :
The NECO administration is organised into six departments, headed by Directors, and the Office of the Registrar. While the Departments are organized into Divisions composed of Units, the Office of the Registrar has Units only.
At the head of the Management of NECO is the Registrar who, under section 9(1) of its enabling Act shall be appointed by the President, on the recommendation of the Minister. Under subsection 2 of the section, the Registrar shall be the Chief Executive of the Council and shall be responsible for the execution of the policy of the Council and manage its affairs under its direction.
