How is my first bill calculated?:
Your first bill calculation is based on the number of days remaining in the month that you’ve joined Postpaid (e.g. January has 31 days, Feb has 28 or 29 days and so on).
Calculation example – you activate your Gold Plan on 10th July (which includes1200 local minutes and 250 MBs for QR 300). Your first Bill will be issued on August 1st.
Your included minutes from the 10th to the 31st of July are1200 local minutes . These divided by 31 days. equals 38.7 minutes per day. 38.7 min multiplied by 22 days (from the date you joined until the end of the month) are 852 min.
Therefore, the amount of included minutes in July is 852 minutes.
Your included internet MBs from the 10th to the 31st of July are 250 MBs. These divided by 31 days equals 8.06 MBs per day. 8.06 MBs multiplied by 22 days (from the date you joined until the end of the month) are 178 MBs.
Therefore, the amount of included internet MBs in July is 178MBs.
Your plan charge from 10th to the 31st of July is QR300. This divided by 31 days equals QR9.68 QAR per day. QR9.68 multiplied by 22 days are QR213.
Therefore, your plan charge in July is QR213.
The above calculation only applies to your first Bill. For all subsequent bills following you will be charged only for your monthly subscription plan, plus any additional usage.
Any Extras you purchase will be calculated the same way as your monthly Plan charges, explained in the example above.
