Register for Autopay service:
** If you have an Etisalat online services User ID, you will be able to register your Etisalat postpaid and Wasel accounts for Autopay service.
** If you don’t have an Etisalat online service user ID you can still avail Autopay service by simply logging on to www.etisalat.ae/online and registering any one of your Etisalat accounts, either mobile, fixed-line or Internet easily and quickly.
** By completing the Autopay Application Form and saving your credit card details your bills would be paid on the due date. Wasel recharged / renewed automatically on the selected date as per your preferred payment / recharge / renewal option.

How do I pay my bill’s outstanding amount?”
You will have the facility to select one of two options to pay their bills:
(a) Paying outstanding amount option:
This option authorizes Etisalat to charge all amounts payable in relation to the Etisalat accounts you specify to the nominated credit card on the due date of the bill.
(b) Paying fixed amount option:
This option authorizes Etisalat to charge a fixed monthly amount as specified by you to the nominated credit card.
Minimum bill payment amount is AED 10
Maximum bill payment amount is AED 5000 per transaction
How do I recharge and renew my Wasel / Fixed Line Prepaid-Maysour accounts?”
(A) You will have the facility to specify the recharge amount and recharge date. You will also have a choice to select one of two options to recharge your Wasel accounts and enjoy 10% extra credit:
Monthly basis – fixed amount :
** Minimum amount is AED 50 and multiples of AED 10
** Maximum amount is AED 500
Weekly basis – fixed amount :
** Minimum amount is AED 50 and multiples of AED 10
** Maximum amount is AED 125
(B) You will have the facility to view the renewal date due for your Wasel or maysour accounts and then specify when you need your next renewal transaction to take place.
On the due date the Credit Card will be debited with the outstanding amount of the bills or Wasel recharged/renewed based on the payment option selected by you as above. You will have to advise us at least two business days prior to the due date shown on the bill of any changes to credit card details, including credit card number, credit card type and expiry date.
