Pay Billing
Billing Cycle:
Cycle 1 : From the 15th of each month to the 14th of the next month.
Cycle 2 : From the 5th of each month to the 4th of the next month.

Payments can be made at Dialog Service Centres & Service Points.

Payments via Cheques
1. Cheques will be credited to customer accounts upon realization.
2. If the cheque bounces, the cheque value has to be paid back either by cash or credit card. Another check will not be accepted.
3. No post dated cheques will be accepted.
4. All returned cheques are subjected to a penalty of Rs. 250/-

FAQ On Dialog
How do I obtain a Dialog Mobile connection?
** You can walk into any of our Service Centers, Arcades or franchise outlets to obtain a connection.
The minimum requirements are :
Postpaid :
** You should be above 18 years
** Connection fee and Local call deposit
** Identification card (NIC), Driving License or Passport (with NIC number)
** Proof of billing confirming the billing address
** You to be physically present at the time of purchase
Prepaid :
** You should be above 16 years
** Connection fee
** Identification card (NIC), Driving License or Passport (with NIC number)
** You to be physically present at the time of purchase
How to correct my ownership details?
If the ownership is completely different :
** You need to visit and outlet to update your ownership.
** The below needs to be provided to confirm your ownership
** SIM
** If SIM is not available need Bill payment receipts / recharge cards used for connections
** NIC / Driving License / PP (as mentioned above)
** Proof of Address
** If you know who the connection is registered to and is contactable
** Bring a letter with his consent to transfer the connection to your name signed by the current owner along with a copy of his/her NIC
Only my address is incorrect :
** You need to visit and outlet to update your ownership.
** The below needs to be provided to confirm your ownership
