Pay Your Bill Online :

Verizon offers several options for paying your bill. Choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

Paying online:
You can quickly and easily pay your bill online with My Verizon using your checking/savings account or credit card. You must first register for My Verizon to enroll for payment options. Once you’ve registered, follow these steps:
** Sign in at My Verizon.
** When My Verizon opens, selectAccount then Payment
** Select + Payment Options

1. Sign in at My Verizon:
You must be registered at My Verizon to enroll for payment options. If you are not already registered, instructions are provided so you can register.

2. When My Verizon opens, click Account then Payment.

3. In the right column, under Account Services click Easy Pay to open the Payment Accounts table.
The option to enroll in Auto Pay is in the Payment Accounts table under the heading Easy Pay.

4. Click Enroll:
You can set up your savings or checking bank account or your MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX credit card to pay your bill automatically each month.

Paying in person – payment locations:
Pay your bill in person at any of these payment locations near you. You can access payment locations and payment mailing addresses via mobile phone using the FiOS Customer Service mobile site.

You can also Pay your bill online.

Auto – payment:
Enroll in Auto Pay:
Enroll in Auto Pay and pay your Verizon FiOS bill automatically every month.

Please note: Verizon Paperless Billing is required when you enroll in Auto Pay.

When you agree to the terms and conditions for Auto Pay, you are also agreeing to discontinue your paper bill. You will be able to view your bills online at My Verizon.

Discontinue Auto Pay:
You can discontinue your Auto Pay option at My Verizon at least six business days before your Auto Pay date. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
** Sign in to My Verizon
** Open the Profile tab
** Click Auto Pay
** Follow the provided instructions to discontinue your Auto Pay

Paying by debit or credit card:

** You must be registered at My Verizon to enroll for payment options. If you are not already registered, instructions are provided so you can register.
** When My Verizon opens, click Account then Payment.
** Click + Payment Options

Making payment arrangements:

Payment Arrangements
If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you a payment arrangement plan at My Verizon. You may have two options available:
** Scheduling a different date to pay your entire Past Due amount.
** or
** Scheduling two dates to pay your Past Due amount over two payments.

To schedule a payment arrangement:
** Sign in at My Verizon.
** You must be registered at My Verizon to enroll for payment options. If you are not already registered, instructions are provided so you can register.
** When My Verizon opens, click Account then Payment.
** In the right column, under Payment Actions, select Payment Arrangements.
** ** Follow the online instructions to make your payment arrangement.

When you negotiate payment arrangements online, you must pay the full Past Due amount. If you are not able to pay the full Past Due amount in the available payment arrangement options and need to negotiate a payment for less than the full amount, please contact Verizon.

Disconnected service:
Telephone service can be disconnected if you do not pay your telephone bill. If this occurs, a “Notice of Account Past Due” for late payment will be sent, and service will be disconnected if payment is not received within 5 days. Required payment following disconnection will include all late charges and reconnection charges.

Other reasons telephone service could be disconnected include:
** Failure to comply with the terms of a deferred payment agreement.
** Failure to comply with deposit or credit arrangements.
** Failure to remove unauthorized attachments from Verizon lines, after receiving written notice.
** Failure to stop abuse or misuse of telephone service, such as calls made in profane, obscene, or frightening manner, after receiving written notice.
** Abandonment of telephone service without notice to Verizon.
** Tampering with or bypassing Verizon equipment.

Note:
Your service will not be disconnected if you fail to pay an amount currently involved in payment dispute and resolution procedures.

You must however, pay the entire amount of your bill that is not in dispute. Settlement of the disputed amount should take place once the dispute is resolved. Settlement of disputed amounts should not exceed 60 days under any circumstances.

Note:
If service is disconnected for non-payment, service is restored once full payment, including any delinquent or late charges, have been received and verified.

Late Charges:
Late charges are calculated on a state-specific basis. Late charge may be applied to all charges that remain unpaid by the due date on your bill. Late payment charges are not applied in all states.
