How to Use the Internet Booking Service on Firefly:
The Internet Booking Service is a 6 Step Process at www.fireflyz.com.my
1. Search:
** Select Round Trip/One Way, Origin, Destination, Departure Date, Return Date, Number of Guests and Number of Infant Passengers
** Click “Search”
2. Select:
** Results of search will be displayed
** Total Fare (excluding fees, taxes and surcharges) will be displayed
** Select your preferred Going Out and Coming Back flights
** Read and understand the Important Notices and Fare Rules
** Check the box at the bottom of the page to confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions
** Click “Continue”
3. Passengers:
** Traveler Information page will be displayed
** Fill in the details for ALL passengers traveling
** Note: You must fill in all fields marked “*”
** Check the box at the bottom of the page to confirm that all the passenger information is correct
** Proceed by clicking “Choose seat”, or “Continue without seat selection”
4. Contact:
** Flight Details and Price Summary will be displayed on the left
** First time customers should Register as a member
** Fill up the Contact Information
** Create your own Login ID and Password under “Register Now!”
** Note: You must fill in all fields marked “*”
** If you have already registered, you can login with your User ID and Password immediately (see bottom left hand corner)
** Click “Continue”.
5. Payment:
** Payment Information page will be displayed
** Fill in your Credit Card details (only Mastercard & Visa accepted)
** Fill in your Credit Card Billing Address
** Click “Continue”
** Processing will take between 10 – 60 seconds. Please do not click the back, stop or refresh button until the next page is displayed
6. Itinerary:
** Itinerary page will be displayed
** Print the Itinerary which will state your Confirmation Number, Reservation Status, Flight Details, Contact Details, Traveler Details, Price and Payment Summary as well as the Terms & Conditions of travel
7. Email Confirmation, Bookings & User Profile:
** You will be sent an e-mail confirmation to confirm your booking
** You can also check your confirmed bookings online by clicking on “My Bookings” (see link at top right hand corner of webpage)
** You can also modify your profile by clicking “My Profile” (see link at top right hand corner of webpage)
Group Bookings:
For bookings of ten (10) passengers or more, you can make use of our Group Bookings service. Just email us at groups@fireflyz.com.my with your itinerary details, number of passengers and telephone contact number. We will then send you a quotation.
