Re-Admissions Application:
Applicants for readmission to UVI must have previously been matriculated in the university and not have earned a degree from UVI. To complete the re-admit undergraduate application, click here for PDF.

Complete the online application as thoroughly as possible. Your failure to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information on this application will be grounds to deny or withdraw your admission, or dismiss you after enrollment.
When you submit your completed application, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Application fee payment of $25.00 (USD) (non-refundable) can be made online through the online application system with a credit or debit card. Or payment can be made by mail with a U.S. Money order or payment over the phone. To pay by credit card over the phone, contact the Cashier’s Office Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm (Atlantic Standard Time) at (340) 693-1437 (St. Thomas Campus) or (340) 692-4160 (Albert Sheen Campus formally known as St. Croix Campus). British Virgin Islands (BVI) applicants: we are unable to accept BVI oversees money orders. Please submit a U.S. money order, check or pay by credit card over the phone.
If you have forgotten your user id or password for your online application, please email the Admissions Office at admissions AT uvi.edu and provide your full legal name and birth date to obtain the forgotten information.

Notes :
** A refundable room damage and key deposit of $100.00 is required of all students residing on campus.
** An estimated $500.00 per semester for books and supplies is not included in the approximate annual cost. Non-residents should include transportation in estimating the total cost.
** Both room and board charges are required of all students residing on campus.
** A residence hall room deposit of $100.00 is required to be paid by all students apply to live on campus in a given semester. This deposit will be applied towards payment of room and board charges. If residence hall reservations are canceled up to 21 days before the beginning of the semester, the deposit – less an administrative charge of $5.00 – will be refunded. Room deposits will not be refundable within the 21-day period preceding the start of the semester.
** New students pay a $90.00 non-refundable orientation fee.
** National Student Exchange (NSE) students pay a $90 non-refundable fee.
** All non-tuition fees are non-refundable. Likewise, the Nursing Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Practice Teaching Fees are non-refundable.
** A $100.00 Reinstatement Fee will be charged to canceled Deferred Tuition Payment Plan accounts.
