British Overseas Territory Citizens require:

(e) Birth certificate of applicant’s mother
(f) Birth certificate of the applicant’s maternal grandmother.(where applicable)
Applicants who were born in the BVI after 1982 and whose fathers are (were) British Overseas:
Territories Citizens require:
(a) A completed form
(b) The fee
(c) Birth certificate
(d) Two photographs
(e) Birth certificate of the applicant’s father
(f) Marriage certificate
(g) Where applicable, divorce decrees absolute with respect to any previous marriages of applicant’s parents.
Applicants who themselves and their fathers were born in the BVI after 1982 and whose paternal grandfathers are (were) British:
Overseas Territories Citizens require:
(a) A completed form

(c) Birth certificate
(d) Mother’s birth certificate
(e) Father’s birth certificate
(f) Marriage certificate
(g) Two photographs
(h) Birth certificate of the applicant’s paternal grandmother (where applicable)
(i) Divorce decrees absolute with respect to any previous marriages of applicant’s parents
(j) Marriage certificate of the applicant’s paternal grandparents.(where applicable)

Applicants who were naturalized in the BVI require:
(a) A completed form

(d) The original naturalization certificate
(e) Marriage certificate (where applicable)

Applicants who were registered as BDTC/BOTC in the BVI require:

G) Applicants who were born in the BVI or abroad on or after 1st July, 2006 and whose fathers were born in the BVI before 1 982 require:

Passport Lost?
If your Passport is lost you need to report it immediately to the Passport Office and to the local Police Authorities. Only after exhaustive enquiries can a replacement be issued in such circumstances.
The passport of a deceased person should be submitted for cancellation to the Passport Office. It will be returned.
