Online Payments For Parking Tickets :
The Town of Fort Erie is now pleased to accept online payments for Parking Tickets. Online services are provided by Imex Systems Inc. on behalf of local governments. This service provides the ability to make convenient, safe and secure online Credit Card payments 24 x 7. We accept VISA and MasterCard on this site.

This service is provided by a 3rd Party at no cost to the Town of Fort Erie. A convenience fee is applied to all transactions, as permitted under By-law No. 120-2013, in order to cover the cost of the service. The convenience fee is based on the transaction amount and is prominently displayed prior to making a payment. Choosing to use this service is optional, and you may decide to cancel a transaction prior to payment processing. The convenience fee is non-refundable. At no time does the Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie retain any convenience fees. All convenience fees are collected by, and paid to, the third party processor.

If you are new to this service, please register first. Registration provides the ability to track payment history online, as well as offering additional features for your convenience. Registration is optional for online parking ticket payments. Registration may be mandatory in the future for other types of online services.

Pay Parking Ticket:
A convenience fee is applicable when making payments from this site. The convenience fee will be shown to you before you make the payment and you have an option to cancel your payment if you do not wish to proceed. The convenience fee is non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
This service is provided by Imex Systems Inc. at no cost to the Town. A convenience fee is applied to all transactions to cover the cost of the service, as permitted under By-law No. 120-2013.

All successful payments will be recorded as paid at the time of payment confirmation. All services are delivered by the concerned Government as per their service delivery policies and bylaws. The convenience fee is non-refundable.
All Refunds are managed by the Town. A refund will be issued in accordance with Town policy. To request a refund, please refer to our Customer Us page.
In the unlikely event that a payment error was generated through the iPay service, the service fee will be refunded.
