Pay within 14 days and you only pay half the amount displayed on the ticket.

How to pay your parking ticket:
Choose how you pay your parking ticket: online, by phone, in person, or by mail.

Pay Online: https://vancouver.ca/

Pay your ticket online with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. When paying online, you also will need one of the following:
** Ticket or bylaw notice number (see Parts of a parking ticket, below)
** License plate number

Pay your ticket online now.

If your ticket is unavailable online

If your ticket number does not display in the online payment system, check to make sure it is a City of Vancouver parking ticket. If it is, it may not have been entered into our system yet.

You can provide us the ticket information and we will manually add your ticket to the system. You can:
** Bring the ticket to City Hall. Staff will enter the ticket into the system and you can pay it while you are at City Hall.
** Fax a copy to Bylaw Fines at 604-873-7051. Once the ticket is entered, you can pay it through the online system. DO NOT send your credit card information by fax.
** Scan and email a copy of the ticket to bylaw.fines AT vancouver.ca. Once the ticket is entered, you can pay it through the online system. DO NOT send your credit card information by email.

Or you can wait, and try to pay your ticket online tomorrow.

If the online payment system is unavailable

If you try to pay online but the system is down for maintenance, and you need to meet a payment deadline, call 3-1-1 for help.

When :
7:00am to 10:00pm daily

Payment method :
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex)

You can pay parking tickets at City Hall anytime.

During opening hours – 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays – you can pay by cash, debit, credit, cheque, or money order.

When the building is closed, drop a cheque or money order through the mail slot at the 12th Avenue doors.

Make your cheque or money order payable to the City of Vancouver and write the number of the parking ticket or bylaw notice on it.

Returned or NSF payments:
Non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee: $35.00 per cheque returned by the bank or credit card chargeback

No discounts are available to tickets with previous payments that have been returned by your bank because of NSF cheques or credit card chargebacks. The full ticket amount is due, plus the NSF fee.
