Please note, even after 24 hours some tickets may not appear when searched by licence plate.
You can use this system to pay for your ticket on-line with your credit card.
Payment Process
It’s a quick 5 Step Process:
** Search for your ticket by Ticket Number and/or Licence Plate. Enter the licence plate without spaces.
** All offences for your licence plate will be displayed. Select the offence(s) you wish to pay by clicking in the Pay column.

2. Click on Search Button
** Press the “Add to Cart” button to add your payment.
** When all payments have been added, press the pay button.
** Submit your payment/credit card information through our secure server
** At any time, you may view the contents of your Shopping Cart by pressing the “See Cart” option on the top right of the screen.
** You may also restart your search by pressing the “New Search” function on the top right of the screen.

Dog License Renewal
** The Account Number and Access Code can be found on your Invoice.

** If you have address changes or need your account number please contact
** Regulatory Services Dept at (403) 320-3074 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
** If you wish to license a new dog, you must do this in person at City Hall, or the Animal Shelter.
Dog License Renewal Help :
** Welcome to the Dog License Renewal payment system. Use this system to pay for your Dog Licence using your credit card.
It’s a quick 8 Step Process :
** Search for the account to pay by entering your Dog Licence Account Number or your address. Your address can be selected by picking your street, then entering your house and unit number (if unit is appropriate). You can move directly to streets further in the list by entering the first number or letter of the street name. If you do not enter a valid house number, all addresses for the selected street will be displayed.
** Press the appropriate Search By button.
** If you have entered only a street name, a search screen will allow you to select from dog accounts on that street. Select your account by clicking on your address.
** The details of your account will be displayed. If there is an outstanding amount, click in the pay column for the year you wish to pay for.
** Press the “Add to Cart” button to add your payment.
** A service charge may be applicable to your payment. If applicable, you will be prompted to accept the charge.
** If you click “Yes”, your payment will be added to the cart.
** If you click “No”, the transaction will be cancelled.
** When all payments have been added, press the pay button.
** Submit your payment/credit card information through our secure server
** At any time, you may view the contents of your Shopping Cart by pressing the “See Cart” option on the top right of the screen.
