Regina Pay Your Parking Ticket
A parking ticket is a notice of violation :
** It identifies why your vehicle has been issued a ticket
** It gives you the opportunity to pay the amount shown on the ticket to avoid prosecution for the parking offence

If you pay your ticket within 14 days of receiving the ticket, then you are eligible to pay the reduced amount shown on the ticket. Payments must be received within 14 days. The City is not responsible for delayed payments.
Payment Options
As the vehicle’s owner, you are responsible for ensuring all tickets or fines involving your vehicle are paid. In case you need to provide proof that your ticket/fine has been paid, please:
** record the Trans. Ref. number listed on your credit card transaction record (if paying online)
** keep your printed receipt (if paying in person)
** hold on to your cancelled cheque (for mailed or drop-off payment)
How to Pay
There are several ways to pay your parking ticket or fine:
** Online Payments Online Parking Ticket Payment Service Visa™ or MasterCard™
** Mail your ticket with your cheque or money order (payable to the City of Regina) to: City of Regina PO Box 3014 Regina, SK, S4P 3E1
** Place your ticket with your cheque or money order made payable to the City of Regina in an envelope and drop it off in the Payment Drop Box at the front entrance to City Hall southeast corner 2476 Victoria Avenue, Regina. Do not deposit cash
** In person (Cash, cheque, Interac™ or money order) at City Hall 2476 Victoria Avenue, Regina 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m., Monday to Friday (except holidays)
Online Parking Ticket Payment Service:
Currently payment is accepted by Visa or MasterCard only. Searches may be done using the Parking Ticket Number or by using the Owner PIC Number listed on the vehicle’s Saskatchewan registration.
By searching by Parking Ticket Number you will be able to view a single outstanding parking ticket.
By searching by Owner PIC Number (listed on vehicle’s registration) you will be able to view multiple outstanding parking tickets.
By searching by Enforcement Account Number (located on your Notice of Lien letter) you will be able to view unpaid parking fines, late payment charges and other costs associated with enforcement.
The registered owner of a vehicle is responsible for ensuring all parking tickets or parking fines involving vehicle are paid in full
If the Licence Plate is other than Saskatchewan, payments may only be made by entering the Parking Ticket Number

Agreeing to the Terms of Use Agreement is required for further use of, and access to, the online parking ticket payment service. By selecting the “I agree” button, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use Agreement. You should print a copy of it for your records and information.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Use Agreement, you will not be able to pay your ticket online. However, you may choose to use our alternate payment methods.
