ITI Admission Rules
Candidates who meet the following requirements are eligible for enrollment in the diploma:
** Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or its professional equivalent with a minimum accumulative grade of “Good”.

** Graduate of one of the past 3 academic years. Male candidates who finished their military service as reserve officers are given 1 extra year to apply for admission.
** Male candidates should have their military service exempted or postponed.
** Minimum TOEFL score for ITI Diploma: 550 for Paper Based TOEFL or its equivalent.
** Successful candidates should pass all screening exams and interviews.
** Some specializations require undergraduate studies of specific discipline (refer to Tracks Prerequisites section).
** The diploma requires full-time commitment.
Admission Procedures:
** Applicants should submit their applications electronically on the ITI website.
** Registered Applicants should submit their documents to the ITI student affairs office in one of ITI branches,Note: paper submission might take place in different locations than ITI branches. This info can be checked from ITI website.
** The required documents are as follows:
** A copy of the acquired Academic Certificate (showing the accumulative grade and graduation year).
** A copy of the Birth Certificate.
** A copy of the Egyptian National ID.
** A copy of the Military Certificate indicating the applicant’s military status (Males Only).
** Two passport-size photographs.
Applicants will receive exam date when they deliver the above documents. Candidates are required to pass the following computer-based exams:
IQ,
English.
Successful Candidates then receive an interview date on their account on ITI website. Two interviews will be conducted for the candidates: Soft Skills and Technical interview related to the specialization(s) they are applying for.
A further HR interview will be conducted after passing the soft skills and the technical interviews.
Acceptance and Announcement:
Total applicant score will be computed based on the sum of all achieved scores. Acceptance is based on competitive basis. The Final result will then be published on the ITI’s website.
ITI Academic Regulations:
Preparation:
Accepted candidates should deliver the following documents:
** An original copy of the acquired Academic Certificate (showing the accumulative grade and graduation year).
** An original copy of the Birth Certificate.
** An original copy of the Military Certificate indicating the applicant’s military status (Males Only).
** TOEFL Certificate with a minimum score of 550 for Paper-Based TOEFL or its equivalent.
** All required documents must be delivered not later than the start date of the program.
** Accepted candidates must have a laptop with the minimum specifications that will be determined by their track supervisor.
** ITI provides neither hostels nor accommodation allowances for students.
Post Graduate Studies:
** Upon graduation, a student’s academic experience with ITI can be extended by pursuing masters from one of ITI’s respectful international partners. This can be achieved according to your track at ITI as follows:
** Continue for at most 3 months and pursue: Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham-England.
** Continue for 12 months and pursue: Master of Engineering in applied Mechatronics from Paderborn University-Germany.
** Graduates of the 9-month program obtain a transcript of the diploma from the Student Affairs Unit through filling the required form. One copy is of the transcript is granted for a graduate on demand. Extra copies are available for a nominal fee.
Tracks Prerequisites:
GIS Professional:
GIS Professional track is available for Civil, Architecture, Urban Planning Engineers only.
Cyber Security Officer:
Cyber Security Officer track are Available for Communications Engineers, Computer Engineers and graduates of the faculty of Computers and Information Technology only.
Systems Administrator:
System Administrator track are Available for Communications Engineers,Computer Science, Computer Engineers only.
Mechatronics Engineer:
Mechatronics Engineer track is available for Electrical Power Engineer,Communication Engineer,Electronics Engineer,Computer Engineer,Control Engineer,Aviation Engineer,Nuclear engineer,Mechanical Power Engineer,Production engineer,Industrial Engineer,Petroleum Engineer,Electrical Engineer ,Mechanical Engineer,Mechatronics Engineer,Electro Mechanical Engineer,Automotive Engineer,Aerospace Engineer,Biomedical Engineer,Textile engineer and Marine engineer only.
Embedded Systems Engineer:
Embedded Systems Engineer track is available for Communications and Electronics Engineers, Computer Engineers, Control Engineers, Mechatronics Engineers and Biomedical Engineers only.
Telecom Applications Developer:
Telecom Applications Developer track is available for Telecomunications Engineers, Communications, Computer Engineers and Computer Science only.
VLSI Design Engineer:
VLSI Design Engineer track is available for Communications & Electronics Engineers and Computer Engineers.
Cloud Architect:
Cloud Computing Engineer track is available for Communications Engineers , Computer Engineers and Computer Science.
Wireless Communications Engineer:
Wireless Communications Engineer track is available for Communications & Electronics Engineers and Computer Engineers.
Embedded Mobile Systems Engineer:
Embedded Mobile Systems Engineer track is available for Communications , Electronics Engineers , Computer Engineers and Biomedical Engineers.
Civil Engineering Informatics Specialist:
Civil Engineer track is available for Civil Engineers and Architect Engineers only .
Game Developer:
Game Developer Track is available for all graduates that are graduated by maximum 5 years (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, and 2010) with any Graduation grade (Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Fair). Candidates with Engineering, Computer Science, Science (Computer Science or Math) backgrounds are preferred. Good Mathematical knowledge is a Plus. The sole importance is the talent; creativity and a tolerable level of logic .Candidates with graduation grade Fair are not eligible to apply for Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham-England . Please make sure you fill out the game idea proposal document with your idea because you will be asked about it in the technical interview.
Game Artist:
Graphic Artist Track is available for all graduates that are graduated by maximum 5 years (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, and 2010) with any Graduation grade (Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Fair). Candidates with Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or architectural engineering background are preferred. The candidate should be highly talented, and creative with Artistic nature. Candidates with graduation grade Fair are not eligible to apply for Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham-England. Please make sure you fill out the game idea proposal document with your idea because you will be asked about it in the technical interview.
