MOE Apply For Educational Certification

Requirement to get the service
** ID card
** Copies of the certification of the required amount

Steps:

** Fill the form from the registration office
** The authorized personnel checks the form at that office
** The authorized personnel will sign on the form and send it to finance office for payment

** Depending on the service, payment is done at the finance office
** Present the receipt of payment to the registrar office
** Appointment is given at that office
** On the day of the appointment the educational certification is given upon presenting the ID

Educational Certificate to be sent Abroad

Requirement to get the service :
** Letter that states request of education certificate of the institution
** A passport size of with both ears visible and in the past size month of this application
** If he/she is a representative a copy of power of attorney and ID

** The authorized personnel will sign on the form and send it to finance office for payment
** Depending on the service, payment is done at the finance office
** Present the receipt of payment to the registrar office
** Appointment is given at that office
** On the day of the appointment the educational certification is given upon presenting the ID

Request for Certification

Requirement to get the service :
** ID card
** A passport size picture with both ears visible and taken within six months of the application
** If he/she is a representative a copy of power of attorney and ID

** The authorized personnel will sign on the form and send it to finance office for payment
** Depending on the service, payment is done at the finance office
** Present the receipt of payment to the registrar office
** Appointment is given at that office
** On the day of the appointment the educational certification is given upon presenting the ID

Criteria of selection for entrance to Medical School :
** All Candidates have been selected based on the admission criteria of NIMEI.
** Candidates that sat the exam have been selected based on their performance on the Entrance Examination. However, affirmative action has been applied to female candidates as on the admission criteria.
** Pass to the Medical Schools

** Male candidates with results of 56 and above have been accepted to the Medical Schools.
** Female candidates with results of 48 and above have been accepted to the Medical School.

** A total of 1017 candidates will be admitted to the Medical Schools out of these 75 % are Male and 25% are Female candidates. Additional 117 Candidates are selected as reserves.
