Existing User Log In:
There are two (2) methods to log in to your account. You may choose to use the log in button on the home page directly or do so in step 2 of your transaction (after the Order details page).

To log in to your existing account please use the following steps:
1. Click the log in button on the top right of the home page (“Order Details page”) if you wish to log in first. This step will also appear after clicking the continue button on the home page.
2. When you have arrived on the Log in Page, enter the email address associated with your online account and your password.
3. You may choose to save your log in details here by checking the “Remember my log in” details check box. 4. If you have forgotten your password. Please click the forgotten password
link to the bottom left of the page.

New User Registration:
To create an online top up account please use the following steps:
1. Click the “Sign Up” button to the right of the Log in page
2. You may then complete the registration form provided. Note fields that are not marked with an asterisk (*) are optional.
3. You will receive a confirmation page advising you that an activation email was sent to your email. Open this email and click the activation link. You will then be redirected to the top up site and asked to log in to your newly created account.

Note:
You will not be able to log in and use the service if your account was not activated.

How To Complete A Transaction:
Both existing and new users may start their transaction by following the steps below

Enter Order Details:
1. Select the country you wish to send top up to by clicking on the button with the flag. This will prepopulate the phone number field with that country’s zip code.
2. Enter the Digicel number you wish to send top up to
3. Select your top up amount from the drop down list.
a. When a top up amount has been selected from this list a notification will appear directly below with the available promotions for that country.
b. The amount being charged to your credit card and the top up that will be received on the mobile device excluding government taxes will also appear.
4. Click continue

After entering your order details, you will be brought to step 2, The “Log in” page. If you are a new user please proceed by clicking the “SIGN UP” button on the right.

Log In Or Sign Up:
The review order page will allow you to make any necessary adjustments to your order. You will also have the option to send a free text message directly to the recipient of the top up.

Review Order:
Customers may choose to select an existing credit card here or add a new payment method. If you have a saved credit card, it will appear as the first option on the payment options list. If adding a new payment method, select the credit card provider of your choice and click continue.

Please note that you can change the billing currency at this step as well. After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be required to enter the security code /CVV for your card to complete your transaction.

Pay And Checkout:
After submitting your purchase you will receive a confirmation screen and an email with your transaction details (please keep this email for your records).

The confirmation screen below will also provide options to:
1. Assign a name to the number that was topped up by clicking “Edit”
2. Schedule automated top ups to that number
3. Send another top up.
4. You can also refer a friend to our service
