How To Register CIDB Malaysia SMB Contractor?

Go to the official website of CIDB Malaysia for SMB contractor registration. Click contractor registration link available under Services tab.

You can change your language of the website as shown below.

If you are For New Contractor / New Construction Personnel / New Trainer / New Trainee & Others click the new registration link.

Please select the type of user you want to apply for registration as. Then click on continue button.

Step 1 : Enter your Name
Please key in your Identity Card No. (as per MYKAD IC NO.)
Step 2 : Enter your MyKadNo
Eg: 6xxxxxxxxxxx
Step 3 : Enter your H/P No.
Eg: 01xxxxxxxx
Step 4 : Enter your Position / Role

Login Details :
Step 5 : Enter User Name
E-mail will be sent to the above User Name
Step 6 : Enter Password
Step 7 : Retype Password

Please save your CIMS password. Do not share your CIMS password. CIDB Malaysia will never ask for your password. You will also need to have email as login name and create a password for that. Please keep this information as it will be required to check your status in the future

2. If you have too many documents to upload, you may submit the documents through post or at the CIDB counter. Please state the application number during the submission.

3. You may check the application status online and the process will take about 2 weeks depending on the status information;

4. if it requires you to make the payment, you can come to CIDB and pay according to the stated amount by using cash or postal order or bank draft in favour of CIDB Malaysia.

5. If it is rejected because of incomplete information, you are required to submit the relevant document to CIDB through CIDB counter or post or email at the respective CIDB State Offices.
