Vessel Pre-arrival Notifications:
In order to facilitate clearance, individuals who sail to Gibraltar may provide information on Crew, Passengers and Stores by way of an e-declaration before the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the vessel in Gibraltar. This is in line with international conventions and best practice.
If you expect to return to Gibraltar and make more online Vessel Pre-arrival Notifications, we recommend that you register as a New ICIS User.
This will allow you to save the Vessel details and/or Crew and Passengers details, and to reuse the data to create a new Vessel Pre-arrival Notification

This function is meant to support the occasional creation of an online Vessel Pre-arrival Notification.

Entering the details of crew members and passengers on board will facilitate the processing of your personal documents by the authorities prior to the arrival of the vessel.
Step 5: Stores and Effects Details.
Entering the details of stores, animals and vehicles that need to be declared to Customs will speed up the clearance process.
Step 6: Confirm and Submit the Notification.
The final step in creating an occasional Vessel Pre-arrival Notification is to confirm that all the information provided is accurate and to submit it to the authorities.
