1. So long as the ship remains registered, a Registered Agent shall be appointed;
2. If there is a change to the details in this section, the Registrar must be informed within 7 days of the change occurring.
3. Where there is more than one owner and one of them is a resident of Gibraltar and is appointed to act on behalf of the others as Registered Agent please attach to this application the written confirmation of all other owners that they consent that the Resident Owner act as Registered Agent

The Gibraltar Registry of Ships has experienced steady growth over the last 8 years and is an EU Member States’ Register, entitling it to, amongst other privileges, EU cabotage.
