The first chapter is an introduction, where short description of the system, main process and main objects are presented.
The second chapter describes information about logging in to the system and logging out, system menu, password resetting or reminding. Also there you’ll find a description how to become an external user and edit you user account data.
The third chapter describes taxpayer registration process.
The fourth chapter describes how representation rights can be administrated.
The fifth chapter describes declaration filling and submitting.

I have been trying for several days to pay land taxes in Grenada before the deadline of the 30 June but without success. I finally received a response to my email that contained the relevant bank details. However when I went to pay the taxes via my bank, the swift code I was sent was not recognised. I again sent an email asking for clarification of the swift code but have had no response to date.
I would very much appreciate it if someone could please explain why in this technological age why making payment for land overseas is not made easier.
I am trying to pay land tax electronically as I have in the past but the system does not recognise my password despite it being the one I have used since the electronic system has been available. Can you help?
I have tried in vain to contact your helpline at Inland Revenue (Grenada) but every email has failed to send.
Please would you give me an email address that works.
I look forward to hearing from you as I am trying to pay my tax.
