Travel Passport of Stateless Person (Non-Citizen):
A Passport is a verifying document of the identity and citizenship of a person, which is valid on the territory of Georgia as well as beyond its borders.

A passport is issued to a citizen of Georgia of any age for leaving Georgia, traveling abroad and entrance to Georgia.

A travel passport applies for traveling in Georgia, entrance to Georgia, leaving Georgia to get into other countries abroad.
Does a stateless person have the right to petition in order to receive a travel passport?:
The right to petition for issuance of travel document is conferred to:
a) a major capable person to whom a biometric passport shall be issued;
b ) a person under age 16 to 18 being in registered marriage, if identity card has been issued to him/her;
c) a legal representative of a minor, also of a person being under guardianship or care, except the cases, when a person under age 16 to 18 has been in registered marriage and identity card is already issued to him/her;
d) a minor reached the age of 14 to whom a passport shall be issued, if she/he has already received identity card.
How can I take a biometric passport?:
Appeal to Public Service Hall in order to take a passport.
In order to take a travel passport, you are required to have:
** Residence certificate
** Receipt confirming payment of fee and two color bio-photos may be taken in Public Service Hall

** Residence certificate( in case of age 14 and above );

** Internally displaced persons -50 Gel privilege;
** Disabled persons with sharply and well-defined limited capacity – 50 Gel privilege;
** Persons under age 18 -50 Gel privilege.
