** An application signed by the applicant,
** Civil registration

** Land Ownership Certificate / Valid Land Ownership Layout if Drawings are temporary.
** Drawings approved by FEWA
** Building License from Municipality
** Commercial License
** Load Card
** Civil Defense Certificate (for commercial, industrial and government projects)
** Official Letter from other authorities if required
Service Fees:
Determined based on applied load in KVA and whether the area is planned or unplanned.
How To Apply
A Consultant approved by FEWA should submit Application
The application is processed through following stages:
Submission of the application:
Duly filled application form with all required documents attached, can be submitted in the Customer Services Centers.
Service Procedures
The inspector will check the connections and make sure that they comply with the general terms and conditions and will determine whether a connection can be given directly or a Network improvement will be required.
Issuance of an estimated bill
The customer shall make the payment
Start of connection procedures by FEWA.

Channels for supply of Service:
1. Main Customer Services Centers:
Service Hours :
Sundays to Thursdays 7:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M
Ajman Center, Dibba Al Fujairah, Fujairah 7:00 A.M – 8:30 P.M
Saturdays: All main centers except Al Dhaid and Umm Al Quwain 8:00 A.M – 1:00 P.M
Time required for completion of Service: 30 minutes
2. Sub Customer Services Centers :
Service Hours : 7:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M
Time required for completion of Service: 30 minutes

An application needs approval from the Municipalities and Ministry of Public Works according to the emirate and type of application

A Selecting the Payment Service to pay the due amount.
