Payment Locations:
If you wish to pay your natural gas bill in person, Texas Gas Service provides more than 200 convenient pay station locations statewide. Please bring your bill with you so that your account may be properly credited.
Where can I pay my bill in person?:
We offer several local payment locations such as authorized pay agents, payment drop boxes and kiosks.
What is an authorized pay agent?:
A pay agent is authorized by us to take your payment by check, money order or cash. Some agents accept only cash and may charge a service fee. They will provide a receipt but do not have access to our billing system.
What is a drop box location?:
A drop box is a collection point where you may submit your bill stub along with a check or money order (no cash) in an envelope for pick up. There is no one to assist you at these locations, and you will not receive a receipt.
How does the kiosk system work?:
Similar to an ATM, kiosks accept payment by cash, check or money order, and you must have your natural gas bill stub. A receipt is provided and any overpayment will be credited to your account.
When does my in-person payment post to my account?:
Payments made in person at any location other than our offices can take several days to post to your account. If you have a cut-off notice, it is important that you contact customer service immediately.
